“We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution for AV systems, because our Clients deserve better.”

Direct, determined, meticulous.  Senior Design Engineer Benjamin Djou sees every Cibola project as an opportunity to break new ground.

“Cibola offers a nurturing environment for talent and creativity, with an organic approach to a Client’s needs,” says Benjamin.  “It places their audiovisual purpose, place, and process first.  No other firm in this business does what we do.”

In his role, Benjamin works with Clients and architects to design and refine their audiovisual spaces.  He also coordinates with electrical, acoustic, and lighting engineers to create a fully-integrated set of construction documents.  Benjamin conducts extensive field coordination with project teams, and when it comes to achieving quality fit and finish, his drive and creativity lead the way.

“My goal is to seamlessly integrate audiovisual equipment into the surrounding space, so that you barely notice it.  It’s all about creating an intuitive and natural communication environment.”

With nearly two decades of experience in AV infrastructure design, and his extensive use of Revit 3-D tools, Benjamin is able to quickly grasp a project’s potential challenges and address them well before construction begins.
