“Cibola’s collaboration with our Clients is at the center of our team process, since thoroughly understanding their communication problem or opportunity is the first prerequisite to creating value.”

A visionary, a leader, a self-described “research geek,” Lisa Perrine is all of these and more.  Having first joined Cibola in 1982, Lisa’s passion for elevating group communication remains at the heart of everything Cibola does.

“We draw on a rich, 43-year heritage of relationships that stimulate innovative solutions to complex communication problems,” says Lisa, who ascended to President and CEO in 1987.  “Cibola has both the resources and experience to deliver solutions other firms can’t or won’t tackle.”

Lisa’s now-cemented reputation as a beacon in the field of organizational communication is the product of higher education and real world experience.  Having recently earned her Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership, Lisa’s approach to solving complex communication challenges is rooted in research and teamwork.

“We emphasize initial research to fully understand an organization’s communication gaps and goals.  With that foundation, Cibola is committed to providing our Clients with a comprehensive, single resource for tools and spaces where teams create, make decisions, and learn together.”

Under Lisa’s focused stewardship, Cibola has crafted more than two thousand communication environments for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

“Cibola’s values enable the work we do: a respect for other perspectives, the desire for lifelong learning, and business ethics that emphasize doing what we say we’re going to do. Cibola’s team of creative problem solvers enthusiastically collaborates with others to meet our Client commitments – no matter what it takes.”
