“The great thing about Cibola is we are small enough to make immediate adjustments when needed, all while remaining flexible and accommodating to the needs of our Clients.”

There is no project too large or intimidating for Diana Theron, Cibola’s Vice President of Engineering.  In her native South Africa, she spearheaded a groundbreaking $300 million project to supply new electrical connectivity throughout the country.  Her command of the complex makes her a perfect fit for the demanding role of leading Cibola’s engineering and design teams.

“This organization is packed with great team players, all focused on the Client’s goals,” explains Diana.  “This is a smart group of diversely talented people, all nimble enough to alter course when needed.  We’re always moving forward with the determination to meet critical deadlines and, most importantly, create communication environments and processes that will benefit our Clients for years to come.”

Diana directs Cibola’s professional staff in engineering, equipment specification and integration of our custom audiovisual solutions.  She is also intricately involved in budgeting and contract management for Cibola’s most challenging projects.  Her MBA and electrical engineering degree, in concert with significant project management experience, make her an exceptionally well-rounded asset for Cibola’s Clients.
