Cibola’s commitment to Client satisfaction lasts long after our custom communication systems are put into regular use.  Cibola Field Engineer and Service Coordinator Ramon Duran makes sure of it.

“My job is to keep Clients happy,” says Ramon, “to build a relationship with them and earn their trust so they keep coming back.”

Following his time in the Navy, Ramon returned to civilian life with a firm grasp of technology and a desire to learn more.  He earned his engineering degree shortly after joining Cibola as a junior technician in 1997.  He quickly rose through the ranks, eventually taking the reins of the Service Department.  It’s a role that requires agile response, a deep well of knowledge, and lots of empathy.

“When we get a service call it’s imperative that we respond quickly — our Clients’ business needs demand it.  What I love about Cibola is the trust that’s been given to me to make Clients happy every step of the way.”

In addition to providing ongoing audiovisual system inspections and maintenance, Ramon also engineers system upgrades and modifications.  His work is methodical and precise, and his documentation is equally meticulous.
