“Cibola’s approach to AV system design and implementation leads the industry. I take a lot of pride in working here.”

Viktor Shafer is the sage of Cibola.  As Senior Field Engineer, his precise methods and wealth of wisdom are exceptionally valuable to Cibola and our Clients.

“I’ve been doing this a long time,” laughs Viktor, who began his engineering career in his native Ukraine more than three decades ago.  After emigrating to the U.S., Viktor worked for two prominent audio equipment manufacturers, before joining Cibola in 1999.

“Even after all this time, no two days are the same!”

Viktor is a man in perpetual motion, confidently moving from project to project.  His attention to detail is best exemplified in the quality of the audiovisual racks he installs.  He is a master craftsman, adept at building clean, easy-to-maintain systems that set the bar for Cibola’s exacting standards.

“When it comes to the quality of our wiring and the quality of our racks, I believe we are the best.  Clients come to us because we are very professional and we treat them very well.  A big portion of our business is from previous Clients, so I know they value our work and approach.”
